Death & Culture: a dialogue with two intercultural coaches September 18th from 10h00 to 12h00 CET with Regina Reinhardt and Zarine Jacob

During the webinar, (Register your attendance  here.) ++Regina and Zarine will seek to demystify death and explore its connections with culture. The goal is to understand better the one thing that will happen to all humans at some point. Thus the webinar straddles various ‘boundaries’ as it spans human existence.

Culture influences work, life choices, behavior, and identity. Attitudes to death, grief, and loss are also culturally conditioned.  The ‘diversity, inclusion and belonging’ themes relating to death and dying will be touched as well.

Regina and Zarine feel that a deeper exploration of death helps us better prepare for this universal event, handled so differently across cultures.
By addressing the topic in a light and easy way, the speakers have seen how is it not only educational (practically and theoretically); it also adds value to the expat’s personal development and life quality.

As intercultural coaches who have experienced various cultural phenomena around death, Regina and Zarine will reflect on the different attitudes to death across cultures, lifting the veil from a taboo topic. They will discuss how the meaning of a ‘good death’ is understood and made sense of.

We invite you to an informal, free-flowing, and interactive workshop sprinkled with stories and vignettes to enliven our points.

The webinar will be facilitated by Cristina Volpi.
