“ Schulz von Thun goes Intercultural ” Using the tools of Communication Psychology for Intercultural Training & Coaching

February 18th from 5h30 pm to 7h00 pm CET
with Anja Achenbach

During the webinar, we will explore Intercultural Communication from the perspective of Communication Psychology making use of the Communication Models Professor Friedemann Schulz von Thun (Hamburg, Germany) has established for Training and Coaching.

In session 2 we will further explore Intercultural Communication from the perspective of Communication Psychology making use of the Communication Models Professor Friedemann Schulz von Thun (Hamburg, Germany) has established for Training and Coaching (following up on session 1 in December 2021).

In Session 2 we are going to observe different cultures in the Riemann-Thomann-Modell and discover how we fit into the picture. You may discover that you have developed in some regard from the cultural standard of your origin due to expat life! This model might also be a good tool in order to create a diverse team or make your diverse team thrive.
Bearing in mind a couple of examples of opposing preferences on the Riemann-Thomann Scale, we will have a look at Schulz von Thun’s Vicious Circle Model, too, and will discuss how to escape from it.
